BreAnna Powell, LCSW

We are pleased to welcome BreAnna Powell, LCSW to our office to offer Integrated Behavioral Health Care services.

Integrated Behavioral Health Care (IBHC) is the integration of behavioral health and primary care where the patient experiences care by a team of primary care and behavioral health clinicians working together to provide patient-centered care.

This model of care addresses mental health and substance abuse conditions, health behaviors (including their contribution to chronic medical illnesses), life stressors and crises, stress-related physical symptoms, and ineffective patterns of health care utilization.

BreAnna has been trained to help each of our patients enhance their biological, psychological, social, and emotional wellness. She provides therapy and counseling services for children, teens, and adults. BreAnna has been trained to take a thorough assessment and tailor your therapeutic experience to meet your specific needs.
