To ensure safe participation during practice and competition, we encourage youth to receive a pre-participation physical evaluation (sports physical) to determine medical eligibility for sports. Gagon Family Medicine will donate $25.00 per physical back to the sports team of your choice. *Sports physicals are billed to your regular health insurance. Cash pricing available.
We offer comprehensive well-child exams that include administering immunizations, assessing growth & development, counseling children & parents about behavioral issues, nutrition, exercise, & prevention of unintentional injury. Call to learn more or to schedule an appointment.
